Welcome to the Storefront and Alternate Schools of Saskatchewan (S.A.S.S) website.

S.A.S.S. is a special subject council of the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation. Our association is open to any professional working with “at-risk” students. Our membership includes teachers, administrators, support staff, social workers, community outreach workers, counselors, and community justice workers. Through association with S.A.S.S. our members have the opportunity to meet, network, and exchange with others who are working with youth “at-risk” of succeeding in school and/or everyday life.

A $20.00 annual membership in S.A.S.S. will provide complete access to our expanding website. Registrants to the annual conference will have this fee included in their registration.

As a grassroots network that began in 1999, we are constantly trying to identify storefront schools, and alternate programs throughout Saskatchewan and welcome the input of our members and visitors to this website.
